SCI needed a website to showcase their growing property portfolio and explain the details of their co-ownership real estate transactions to a global audience. Due to SEC regulations, some information on the site could only be made available to registered users, while other information would be presented to the general public. In addition, translated versions of the site were required in German, Spanish and Korean. The site utilizes an ever growing content management system to add properties and maintain a current list of registered brokers and SCI Regional Directors. The site targets information to users depending their registration status in accordance with SEC regulations and also utilizes language specific sub-sites to target non-english speaking investors.In addition, SCI's Regional Directors can instantly create Property Preview pages and send these mini site links to only their list of registered brokers as a way to generate immediate interest.
